From emergency patches the day of the storm, through an approved insurance claim and coordinated solar panel removal, to a brand new roof installed in about 7 hours.
A storm ripped through the Swedesboro area of Woolwich Township and blew a section of shingles clean off this townhome's roof. The homeowner needed two things fast: the house kept dry, and help navigating what comes next.
We went out right away and installed emergency patches to keep the roof watertight while the bigger picture got sorted out. No waiting weeks with a tarp flapping in the wind.
We then worked with the homeowner's insurance company to get the replacement covered. Because the roof had solar panels, we also coordinated with a solar company we recommend and work with often, which saved the customer money on the panel removal and reinstallation. The solar company removed the panels, and we got to work.

With the panels off, we tore the roof down to the deck and inspected every sheet. We found and replaced roughly four sheets of rotted plywood decking, so the new roof went down over solid wood, not hidden problems.
Because we're trained in attic ventilation, we analyzed the attic area and the intake net free square inches and installed the optimal amount of ridge vent for this specific attic, instead of just running vent across the entire ridge like most crews do. Intake and exhaust, matched and balanced.
We protected the home with mesh roofing tarps, used a boom delivery to load all materials directly onto the roof, and sent every scrap of debris into a dumpster on site. The whole replacement took about 7 hours, and as always, we finished with a magnetic sweep of the property.
A storm-damaged roof turned into a brand new, properly ventilated Owens Corning Duration system in a single day of installation, with the insurance process and solar coordination handled for the homeowner from the first phone call to the last nail. The panels went back up on a roof that will outlast them.
